CCFP/CPFP Designation Usage Advertising Guidelines

Accepted forms of CCFP/CPFP usage are:

John A. Doe, CCFP or John A. Doe, CCFP – Certified Corporate Financial Planner

When using any of the other Financial Planning specific designations that we accept for CCFP/CPFP we ask that CCFP/CPFP be placed at the beginning of the credentials line. For other types of designations that indicate areas of specialization (i.e. like CLU, JD, CPA), list them following the CCFP/CPFP designation and all other Financial Planning designations as in:

When used along with other designations that are all Financial Planning designations:

John A. Doe, CCFP, CPFP, ChFC, CFP

When used a long with other Financial Planning designations & specialization designations:

John A. Doe, CCFP, CPFP ChFC, CLU
